用英語學英語口語：“交滯納金”用英語怎麼說？
想練英語口語， 必須弄清楚一個問題：練口語（說話）是背單詞（懂單詞）嗎？
對我說的這句話， 不要“鑽牛角尖”：沒有單詞（量）怎麼說口語？
你只需回答：是還是不是。
你“懂”“交滯納金”的英語單詞嗎？
那麼， 能“說英語”（練口語）嗎？
1. “交滯納金”首先是pay什麼吧？
Pay what? Pay什麼？
2. Pay money不是嗎？能“說英語”嗎？以後會忘記嗎？

3. The money is called a fee, a fee. Right? 這麼“說英語”依然不成問題吧？
“滯納金”還沒出來， 你把話已經“說了”一半了：We pay a fee.

其實， 我們是靠“語言能力說話”， 不是“靠單詞說話”。
