如今的社會常講講究團隊精神（teamwork/team spirit）， 也就是你要和隊友通力合作， 完成一些個人難以完成的任務。 但是， 高素質的隊友往往是可遇不可求的，
在用英語說豬隊友前，
我們先來看看豬隊友的一些典型特徵:
1.They can never understand what you want them to do.
你給的工作任務， 他們從來都聽不懂。
2.They never ask any questions about the tasks you give, but never complete them successfully.
你給他們的任務， 他們從不問問題， 但從沒做成功過。
3.They know nothing but pretend to know everything.
明明什麼都不懂， 還裝作什麼都會。
4.Full of curiosity, they'll ask many questions even if you just want them to grab a package.
好奇寶寶， 就算你讓他去取個快遞， 他也要問你一堆問題。
5.They have thousands of “theories”,but can do nothing well.
各種理論一套套的， 只是什麼都做不好。
6.No matter how simple the task is, it'll be super complicated when they‘re involved.
再簡單的事情， 只要一經他們的手， 就被搞得複雜無比。
7.Drag others down with extra troubles they make.
經常給你製造額外的麻煩， 拖累他人。
8.Always pass the buck, full of excuses.
喜歡推卸責任， 凡事都要找藉口。
9.Double dealers.They act totally different when boss is out.
兩面派， 老闆一走， 立馬變了個人。
隊友的英文有teammate, 還有ally 盟友， 而豬指的是糟糕， 可以說bad, terrible, horrible, horrific等， 也可以用動詞如suck等。 實在不會說， 還可以用籠統的詞如dork傻子等來代替。
不過豬隊友可以說得更形象， 英文中有一個單詞叫jackass， 和idiot意思很接近， idiot是什麼意思大家都曉得。
我們來看看英文裡面對jackass這個詞的解釋《麥克米倫英漢雙解詞典》：
【1】a male donkey or wild ass 野驢、公驢；
【2】[informal] an insulting word for a stupid person （侮辱性用語）笨蛋、傻瓜、蠢驢；
跟jackass相關的一個表達是jackass of all trades:
Jackass of all trades describes someone who is exceptionally bad at everything. It is very hard to work with this kind of person because they are likely to screw up everything in process but would never admit that it's their problem.
Jackass of all trades用來描述什麼都做不好的人。 跟這一類人共事很難， 因為他們可能搞砸一切進展中的事情， 而且還死不認帳。
例子：
Stefan is a dork. Give him anything to do and he'll screw it up. Jackass of all trades.
Stefan真是蠢不可及， 給他什麼事兒， 他都能搞砸。 真是“砸鍋專業戶”。
這個戲虐的表達方式來源於英語俗語"Jack of all trades, master of none"， 說的是， Jack這個人什麼都懂一些， 但哪方面都不精通， 翻譯過來就是“事事通， 事事松”。
比外， 工作中的豬隊友也可能是問題員工problem employee.
例子:
Confidence and self-esteem in the workplace can go a long way. Too much of either, though, and you may end up being the dreaded "problem employee."
工作中的自信和自尊可以讓你成功。 但是任意一種個性太多都會讓你成為“問題員工”。
