2018年1月10日晚， 在國際冰上龍舟聯合會（IIDBF）第一屆世界冰上龍舟錦標賽新聞發佈會上， 還取得另一重大成果：國際龍舟聯合會、國際冰上龍舟聯合會與多倫縣人民政府三方發表“聯合聲明”， 就今後龍舟運動合作事宜， 達成廣泛深入共識。 “聯合聲明”如下：

第一屆世界冰上龍舟錦標賽將於2018年1月11日在中國內蒙古錫林郭勒盟多倫縣舉行， 通過對本次賽事的籌備工作及多倫基礎設施的考察， 認同多倫縣具備夏季龍舟、冬季龍舟的極佳硬體條件和自然條件。
The first World Ice Dragon Boat Championshipwill be held in DuoLun County, Xilingol League,Inner Mongolia of China on January 11th,2018. We identified that Duolun Countyhas the excellent natural conditions and harware conditions to hold theSummer Dragon Boat and Winter Dragon Boat through the investigation ofpreparation work of this competition and Duolun’s basic equipment.
同時， 又擁有對龍舟運動充滿熱情與熱愛的團隊， 勇於克服困難， 對賽事予以完善籌備、落實。 經考察認證：多倫現完全具備舉辦A類龍舟賽事的能力， 為推動龍舟運動走進草原、牧區， 現國際龍舟聯合會、國際冰上龍舟聯合會、多倫縣人民政府建立三方戰略合作。
Moreover, DuolunCounty has the team which is full ofenthusiasm and love for the Dragon Boat, they have the enough courage toovercome the difficulties, at the same time , Duolun Countydid the good preparation and implementation for the DragonBoat. According to the investigation, we are pleased to announce thatDuolun County posses the capability of holding A class of Dragon Boat Race. To promote the Dragon Boat Movement intograssland, pastoral area, International Dragon BoatFederation,International Dragon Boat Federation and The people’s Government ofDuoLun County build the Tripartite Strategic Cooperation.
