一、檢查衝壓上下料機械手各部分的潤滑情況， 並使各潤滑電得到充分的潤滑；檢查模具安裝是否正確可靠；檢查壓縮空氣壓力是否在規定的範圍內；送料機務必要使飛輪和離合器脫開後， 才能開啟電機；電機開動時， 應檢查飛輪旋轉方向是否與回轉標誌相同；使壓力機進行幾次空行程， 檢查制動器， 離合器及操縱部分的工作情況。

二、應定時用手動潤滑油泵向潤滑點壓送潤滑油；壓力送料機機性能未熟悉時， 不得擅自調整壓力機；絕對禁止同時沖裁兩層板料；發現上下料機械手工作不正常應立即停止工作， 並及時檢查。
