1、焊錫機焊接方法， 把焊盤和元件的引腳用細砂紙打磨乾淨， 塗上助焊劑。 用烙鐵頭沾取適量焊錫， 接觸焊點， 待焊點上的焊錫全部熔化並浸沒元件引線頭後， 電烙鐵頭沿著元器件的引腳輕輕往上一提離開焊點。

2、焊錫機焊接時間不宜過長， 否則容易燙壞元件， 必要時可用鑷子夾住管腳幫助散熱， 焊錫機焊點應呈正弦波峰形狀， 表面應光亮圓滑， 無錫刺， 錫量適中。
