藍月亮
首先， 是“藍血月”的解釋， 其實“藍月亮”一詞在之前的推文中小編已經做出了解釋， 它出自“once in a blue moon”， 最初是表示“罕見”rarely的意思；直到後來慢慢演變成了一種天文現象
血月
A blue moon refers to the second full moon in a month. Typically, a blue moon happens every two years and eight months.
“藍月”指的是一個月內第二次滿月， 通常每兩年又八個月會出現一次。
而“血月”blood moon， 則是指在月食期間， 月亮將滑入地球的陰影中， 逐漸將白色的光圈變成橙色或紅色（During the eclipse, the moon will glide into Earth’s shadow, gradually turning the white disk of light to orange or red）， 紅光是陽光掠過地球的大氣層發生彎曲後在月球表面傳遞的現象（That red light you see is sunlight that has skimmed and bent through Earth’s atmosphere and continued on through space to the moon）。

月食成因
A lunar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes directly behind the Earth into its umbra (shadow). This can occur only when the sun, Earth, and moon are aligned exactly, or very closely so, with the Earth in the middle. Hence, a lunar eclipse can occur only the night of a full moon. The type and length of an eclipse depend upon the Moon's location relative to its orbital nodes.
當月亮、地球、太陽完全在一條直線上或者距離非常近時， 此時月亮全部進入地球本影， 月亮表面昏暗， 形成月全食。 因此,月食只在滿月的夜晚出現。 月食的類型和長度取決於月球與其軌道點的相對位置。
月食分為半影月食（penumbral lunar eclipse）、月偏食（partial lunar eclipse）和月全食（total lunar eclipse）。 地球陰影的中間部分稱為本影， 本影周圍是半影。 月亮進入地球半影發生半影月食， 月亮一部分進入地球本影發生月偏食， 月亮全部進入地球本影則發生月全食。
