所有出口到非洲象牙海岸的小夥伴們請做好準備！
自2018年4月16日（出運日或提單日）起， 象牙海岸共和國開始實施產品符合性評定服務 VoC（Inspection and Verification of Conformity Program）。
此次象牙海岸新法規規定的管控產品範圍非常廣， 幾乎涵蓋所有進口的常規商品， 僅有以下產品除外：
· Gold and other precious metals
· Precious stones
· Explosives, weapons, ammunition and other war material intended for thenational armed forces and to the police force
· Live animals
· Fresh Fish, vegetables and fruit
· Plants and floricultural products
· Impressed and developed cinematographic films
· Newspapers and periodicals, stamps items or tax, stamp paper, banknotes,check books, passports
· Personal effects and used household objects
· Used cars
· Postal Parcels
· Raw or partially refined oil
· Commercial samples
· Supplies to the diplomatic and consular missions or internationalorganizations, imported for their own needs/use
· Imported goods and equipment for oil and mining operations
· Imports related to free regimes
· Raw products and traditional handicraft of community origin
什麼是符合性認證？
符合性認證（Verification of Conformity, VoC）是非洲最常見的技術強制性認證， 目前已被推廣到大多數撒哈拉以南非洲國家。 只有獲得合格的符合性認證證書，
非洲國家眾多， 各國對VoC符合性認證的稱呼有所不同， 比如奈及利亞為SONCAP、辛巴威為CBCA、東非國家為PVoC等， 導致不少貿易商有所混淆。
目前， 非洲採用符合性認證的國家有象牙海岸、阿爾及利亞、奈及利亞、埃及、衣索比亞、肯亞、坦尚尼亞、烏干達、辛巴威、波札那、尚比亞、加蓬、迦納和幾內亞等，
從國際貿易的角度來說， 符合性認證可視為非洲合理的貿易技術壁壘。 在非洲， 符合性認證由政府制定， 對應各國的標準局。 進口到當地的產品， 都要首先滿足符合性認證下的產品品質標準和國家規範。
中國貿易商將產品出口到有符合性認證要求的非洲國家， 在發貨前， 一定要通過有資質的協力廠商檢測認證機構獲得當地認可的符合性認證證書。 之後， 憑藉這張證書在出口目的地進行清關。
