With only three more games to play, Borussia Dortmund is only two points behind their rivals, Schalke 04, but currently in a terrible streak of only four victories in the last 11 matches in all competitions.
They have won those for fixtures at home, losing three of the last eight, and haven’t won any of the last five away matches, losing the last two back to back while conceding eight goals, and not being able to score in the last three on the road.
They visit Werder Bremen, still not safe from relegation with 37 points and only seven on top of the bottom three, but has lost only two of the last eight league games, winning four and are one of the best hosts of the competition.
They are unbeaten in the last 10 league games at the Weserstadion, winning six of them and keeping four clean sheets in the process. Werder Bremen won the reverse fixture 1-2, and have lost only 11 of the 48 ever played as hosts against Borussia Dortmund, so we expect them to keep alive this great streak and take at least a point here.
