3, you know用的較多（過多）， 用來彌補反應慢的空檔。 Mr.Gong給學員關於使用you konw, I mean這類“口頭禪插入語”的建議是：如果你不會用， 學著用；如果你用的太多了，
4， 詞性問題， deliver-delivery;用錯詞語， unlike-unless。 時態問題， was-is。 單複數man-men。
5， Broken的句子較多， 也就是說很多句子沒有講完整。
總體評價：奶茶妹妹的英語比她老公強東強多了， 特別是發音上， 強東是“宿遷英語”， 奶茶絕對不是“南京英語”……
