Flag 1 :
我要瘦成閃電!
I want to be as thin as a rake.
(是不是以為“瘦成閃電”會翻譯成"as thin as a flash of lightning"呢, 其實更加地道的說法是"as thin as a rake", "rake"是耙子的意思哦, 或者你也可以說"as thin as a model"。 )
Flag 2:
我要一個月瘦十斤!
I want to lose 5kg this month.
Flag 3:
我的目標是穿下這條褲子!
My goal is to fit into these tiny jeans.
(那得看看是多小的褲子了...)
Flag 4:
今年一定要瘦下兩位數!
I want to weigh less than 50kg this year.

拒絕一切甜食!
No sweets!

晚飯堅決不吃!
