The first thing you need is “Time”.
首先你需要的是“時間”。
Time is far more valuable than money.
時間遠比金錢珍貴得多。
You can exchange your time to get money, but you can’t exchange your money to get more time.
你可以拿時間換金錢， 但你卻不能拿金錢買時間。
我們總是忽略自己的時間其實是及其珍貴且有限的，
那些本可以用來提升自我的世時間、那些可以用來成長的空間， 都被我們用各種娛樂打發了。
有時候你本可以追上甚至超越那些優秀的人——然而你卻一直在虛度時間。
The second thing you need are “Ideas”.
第二你需要的是“創意”。
Success comes from ideas, not from money.
成功從創意而非金錢中來。

The third thing you need is “Consistent Action”.

堅持做一件事情一年、十年、二十年！你終究不可能一無所獲的！
當看起來什麼事兒都沒有做， 而你卻又在堅持的時候， 你就會成功。
The fourth thing you need is “Passion”.
第四你需要的是“激情”。
It’s critical that you pursue your passion.
追求激情很是關鍵。
Firstly because you’ll be willing to put in the time and dedication to make it a success, and secondly because your passion sparks your creativity and the flow of ideas; it sparks ideas that are unique, ideas that people will gladly pay to see manifested.

Just like a seed, you have everything you need on the inside of you to succeed, you just need to be planted in the right soil and cultivated.

The soil represents being involved in activities that you’re passionate about; the cultivation means doing the hard work which causes success to come.
泥土代表的是你所積極參與的活動；培養則意味著攻克成功路上的艱難險阻。
