大家都知道做飯， 做菜要用cook，
那麼做沙拉用cook行不行呢？
1誰做的沙拉？
Who cooked this salad ?
Who made this salad ?
cook = 用火加熱來烹飪
可以cook rice/pasta/sausages（做米飯/意面/香腸）
沙拉是冷盤， 不用加熱，
2你外套破了
Your coat is broken.
Your coat is torn.
broken = 壞掉了（break的過去分詞）
一般指機器不運作、物品斷裂開和骨折
The floor was covered in broken glass.
地上都是碎玻璃。
torn = （布和紙）磨損， 破洞（tear的過去分詞）
My jacket caught on a nail and tore.
我的夾克被釘子掛破了。
3外邊還亮著呢
It was still bright outside.
It was still light outside.
bright = 明亮的， 通透的（光線充足）
The weather was bright and sunny.
天氣明媚晴朗。
light = 光線， 光亮（強調有光）
We could see light coming from under the door.
我們能看到光從門縫透過來。
4小孩子很難懂這些
Little children are difficult to understand that.
It is difficult for children to understand that.
it is + 形容詞 + for sb/sth = 對sb/sth來說……
It's very important for students to listen to teachers carefully.
對於學生來說上課認真聽老師講課是非常重要的。
而第一句是典型的用中式思維照搬了。
