浪潮智慧產線入選Gartner中國製造2025最新報告

近日, 全球最具權威IT研究與顧問諮詢公司Gartner發佈《Plan Intelligent Manufacturing Aligned With the 'Made in China 2025' Policy》， 浪潮智慧製造產線成為該報告推薦的參考案例。

在中國製造2025政策出臺以來，

中國本土企業及跨國企業的中國分公司都在研究如何發展和應用智慧製造技術， 推動企業業務升級變革， Gartner報告詳細闡述了中國智慧製造方面的政策環境以及技術應用的問題和進展， Gartner在慎重調研後， 在報告中推薦了11個成功案例， 這些案例除了浪潮外， 還有通用電氣GE中國， 海爾， 三一重工， 西門子等， 涉及醫藥、重型機械、高端裝備等領域。

Gartner報告指出能夠從智慧製造投資獲得回報還需解決更多實際應用面臨的問題， 一方面， 智慧製造在走向應用的過程中還有很多具體的技術問題， 另一方面， 企業只有在戰略層面對智慧製造技術加以考慮， 收益才會有更好的保證。

浪潮智慧製造生產線得以入選， 是解決了智慧製造技術在大型高端複雜資訊化裝備領域的應用問題。

報告指出：浪潮是中國領先的伺服器生產商， 擁有兩條智慧柔性生產線， 10個並行作業的生產單元， 產線還包括600+RFID、2000+感測器、50個設備控制器、330套智慧設備。 智慧工廠自動化生產通過ERP、MES、WMS等6大核心智慧資訊系統， 驅動組裝智慧型機器人、AGV智慧運輸機器車、智慧立體倉庫等智慧設備的運轉， 實現"智慧排產、智慧倉儲、智慧運輸和智慧追蹤"。 透明化的生產流程包括30多個環節和120個資料獲取點， 交付週期從15天縮短至5-7天， 生產效率提升30%。 這種全自動的生產流程保證用更少的時間滿足更多的雲計算和大資料定制化產品的動態需求。

Intelligent manufacturing with robotic automation: Inspur is the leading server manufacturer in China. It has built out its intelligent manufacturing with two flexible production lines and 10 production cells operating simultaneously and automatically, which also includes over 600 RFID, 2,000 sensors, 50 device control units and 330 sets of intelligent devices. The automation consists of six core intelligent information systems, including ERP, MES and WMS, to operate robotic systems for assembling and lifting servers to the rack; automated guided vehicles for smart distribution; and high-speed automated warehouse storage systems, which can achieve smart scheduling, smart storage and smart tracking. The transparent production flow has over 30 processes and 120 data collection points, which shortens the delivery period from 15 days to five to seven days, and improves production efficiency by 30%. Fully automated manufacturing allows Inspur to take customized orders, meeting dynamic requirements for cloud computing and big data hardware with shorter delivery cycles.
