解讀台州智慧馬桶產業“1000億”的“小目標”

中國網浪潮資訊 作為“中國製造2025”試點城市和中國最大的智慧馬桶生產基地, 浙江台州市在今年年初制定了一個“小目標”, 在2025年之前, 智慧馬桶產業規模要從目前的20多億達到1,000億元人民幣。 北京時間6月9日, 台州智能馬桶協會會長、歐路莎衛浴董事長林華友在接受記者時表示, 要實現這個“小目標”, 其實不難。

On June 9, Beijing Time, Lin Huayou, the president of Taizhou Intelligent Toilets Association and chairman of the board of Orans Co., Ltd., states when being asked by journalist that it is not that hard to achieve this "small target".

據瞭解, 目前台州擁有智慧馬桶企業30多家, 其中規模以上企業9家, 截至2016年底, 國內智慧馬桶銷量200萬台, 其中100萬台在台州生產。 2016年, 台州獲批創建國家級智慧馬桶產業品質提升示範區。

It is said that up to now, there have already been more than 30 entreprises producing intelligent toilets in Taizhou, with nine of those above designated size. Until the end of 2016, home sales of intelligent toilets reaches the number of 2 million and half of these were produced in Taizhou. In 2016, Taizhou got approved to establish a state-level demonstration area of intelligent toilet industry's quality promotion.

林華友告訴記者,

智慧馬桶行業的前景非常大。 雖早在1995年台州就生產了中國第一台智慧馬桶, 但這個行業仍然處於萌芽階段, 且隨著國內消費觀念的轉變, 中國人對智慧馬桶的需求也將越來越大。

According to Lin, the expectation of intelligent toilets is promising. Although China's first intelligent toilets were produced in Taizhou as early as in 1995, this industry has still been in the budding period and Chinese people's demands of intelligent toilets will also be increasing with the transformation of domestic consumption concept.

然而, 林華友認為, 儘管智慧馬桶的前景非常好, 但是要實現1000億元的“小目標”,

僅僅依靠賣智慧馬桶是不夠的, 還需利用智慧馬桶的核心技術帶動整個產業鏈的發展, 這不僅需要企業, 以及行業協會的發力, 還需要政府的介入。

However, Lin also holds the view that it won't be enough to achieve this "100 billion-small target" that merely depends on selling them, even though the development prospects could be solely bright. It also requires the development of the whole industry chain led by the core techniques of intelligent toilets production, which not only needs the efforts made by entreprises and the industrial association, but also the intervention of government.

林華友認為, 中國智慧馬桶行業曾經面臨最大的問題在於缺少行業標準。 多年以來, 中國的衛浴馬桶企業都在模仿日本和歐美國家標準生產產品, 因此地位很低;而智慧馬桶領域, 由於一直沒有行業標準, 也僅能依照普通家用電器和清潔衛浴的標準進行生產, 因此在過去幾年當中, 智慧馬桶的抽檢結果“不容樂觀”。

Lin reckons that the biggest problem for intelligent toilet industry in China used to be the lack of industrial standard. Over years, China's sanitary ware companies, entreprises producing toilets, has been on the way to mimic the production in Japan or Europe and the US according to their standards, which leads o its low position. While in the field of intelligent toilets, it could only base on the standards of ordinary household electrical appliances and sanitary ware as the lack of industrial standard, which makes the results of random inspection for intelligent toilets be "unpromising" for the past few years.

為此, 在2016年和2017年, 作為行業協會會長企業, 歐路莎衛浴先後牽頭制定了智慧馬桶行業標準以及品字標“浙江製造”認證標準, 目前該企業正在申請“浙江製造”認證, 預計最快將於今年年底之前認證通過。

And currently, this corporation has been applying for the approval standards of "Zhejiang made", whose application is expected to be passed before the end of this year at the fastest speed.
