用英語學酒店英語口語：Tips for Checking out 酒店退房(2)

我們學習英語的最終目的是什麼？

我們做英語閱讀訓練的最終目的是什麼？

不是每個人都清楚，不是每一個人的答案都一樣。但是，有一個答案卻必須是都一樣的。

就是為了能夠做到把英語最終作為我們學英語，讀英語時的“理解語言”，而不再是中文。

中文不再是我們理解英語的唯一語言，英語也是，英語更是。

我們為什麼一定要用中文來作為我們閱讀的“理解語言”，而不是，也不能慢慢地訓練自己把英語作為我們英語閱讀的“理解語言”呢？

這就是我們學習英語的最終目的。

我們的英語閱讀訓練，就是訓練我們把英語作為理解語言的能力：直接用英語理解英語！

下面的這篇“酒店英語”文章跟很簡單，但是用做“把英語作為閱讀的理解語言，直接用英語理解英語能力”訓練就沒那麼簡單了。

1) URead 體驗英語：

Tips for Checking Out in a Hotel

As you leave the hotel, double-check the safe, drawers, bedside tables and any other places where you may have left your belongings. If you later find you have left something behind in the hotel, call the front desk right away to ask the staff to keep it for you.

After paying the bill, don’t forget to ask the receptionist for your receipt.

If possible, try to avoid checking out during rush-hour times so that you can easily get a taxi to the airport or train station, and avoid a traffic jam.

2) UTalk 自己跟自己說英語，把英語作為閱讀理解的語言：

1. 讀到 double-check the safe時，

Well when we double-check something, we will check it,or check something twice, or we will check it again and again.

英語是我們理解英語的語言，不是中文。

2. 讀到the safe時，使用英語：

Well a safe is(首先是？) a heavy iron box (幹什麼用的？)for keeping our valuable/expensive belongings such as our money, our documents and (特點是什麼？)we must need/ must enter our password to open it.

不用英語學習英語，你就不可能從safe中有機會使用“實用英語”enter your password(tge words, tge numbers,or the signs that only you know to open something)

3. 讀到belongings時，使用英語：

Well belongings is something that belongs to us.

多簡單，多漂亮的英語？

能不用英語學習英語嗎？
