高盛被稱為“華爾街最高效、最詭秘的賺錢機器”, 許多商科畢業生都把高盛當做理想的工作目標, 但高盛有明確規定:員工不得在各種社交媒體和網路上披露公司資訊,

所以, 外界對於高盛內部到底如何也有著強烈的好奇。

今天, 小編就帶你走進高盛, 看看在這些神秘面紗背後, 高盛到底是怎樣一家企業!

一. 高盛的部門劃分

高盛共有15個部門, 其中有5個前臺部門(Front Office), 10個中後臺部門(Mid/Back Office)。

▼5個前臺部門負責為客戶提供不同類型的服務, 分別是:

1)投行部(Investment Banking Division, 簡稱IBD)

2)證券部(Securities Division, 簡稱Sec Div, 即Institutional Client Services)

3)商業銀行部(Merchant Banking/Investing and Lending)

4)投資管理部(Investment Management Division, 簡稱IMD)

5)全球投資研究部(Global Investment Research, 簡稱GIR)

高盛IBD、證券部、商業銀行、IMD4個前臺部門

▼10個中後臺部門負責為前臺部門提供支持和輔助, 分別是:

1)行政辦公室(Executive Office), 是高管們的文秘部門;

2)金融部(Finance), 管理公司本身資產狀況;

3)合規部(Compliance), 負責保證一切經營活動和員工行為合法合規;

4)人力資源部(Human Capital Management), 管理員工績效, 招聘以及其他瑣碎事宜;

5)內部審計部(Internal Audit), 負責高盛內部的財務審計;

6)法務部(Legal), 負責公司內外一切有關法律的事宜;

7)運營部(Operations), 輔助前臺部門落實交易, 轉帳, 推出新產品, 進入新市場;

8)實業管理部(Realty Management), 主要負責管理高盛在全球的辦公場地/所;

9)服務部(Services), 負責提供衣食住行之類的服務;

10)技術部(Technology), 負責開發公司使用的技術平臺, 提供技術支援和維護。

二. 高盛的員工

1.2015年的年報顯示, 高盛員工總人數為36800, 其中大概包括200+個合夥人和500+個MD;

2.高盛美國總部位於時代廣場, 40多層的辦公樓有超過10000名員工在此工作;

3.員工年輕化, 除合夥人外, 大部分為40歲以下的青年人;

4.大部分MD自大學畢業以來都沒離開, 60%的合夥人和董事總經理在分析師或經理級別加入高盛, 平均在崗時間為15年;

5.員工自稱金融藍領, 三大投行的職級工資相差不大, 但高盛獎金更高一些(獎金總量多但人數少於其他兩家投行);

6.行業競爭壓力大, 前臺部門加班是家常便飯。

三. 高盛招聘

1.高盛會通過HireVue進行首輪網面面試, 篩選潛在員工和實習生;

2.HireVue首輪面試包含5個問題, 有30秒鐘時間準備, 3分鐘時間答題;

3.高盛在美國的招聘重點在鹽湖城(Salt Lake City)過去五年, 鹽湖城的正式員工人數增長了80%;

4.2016年美國的正式員工數量減少了900人,或5%。全球其他地區人員減少了8%;

5.高盛流行讓面試者做360°評估;

6.正因為員工多、分工細,所以每個都像是大機器上的小螺絲;

7.受英國脫歐影響,高盛未來將有部分員工遷出倫敦,並擴大在歐洲範圍的招聘。

四. 辦公環境

1.紐約總部位於時代廣場,相對吵鬧;

2.香港總部在中環皇后大道,有270°無敵維港海景;

3.高盛有食堂,倫敦辦公室還特別開設有中餐,紐約總部餐廳在11層,可以遠眺自由女神;

4.加班到十點之後,公司會包車送員工回家。Ps:據說停在紐約總部包的車都是林肯…

5.高盛的後勤保障做的特別好,2012年的颶風桑迪過後的曼哈頓下城西岸,唯一還能亮燈的就是高盛總部。

6.高盛是三大投行(高盛、摩根大通、摩根士丹利)中唯一一家除公益廣告外不使用大logo的公司。儘管是紐約總部大樓,也沒有明顯標示。

五. 高盛的企業文化

高盛會向所有新員工(以及客戶)宣傳其“業務原則”(高盛十四條),提倡客戶至上、團隊合作、正直誠信等準則,可以說是高盛公開的企業文化。
